metal nipple on fuel slingy tank next to tap??

what connects up to the metal nipple coming from the bottom of the slingshot fuel tank? I have conected up the two fuel lines and the vacuum line from the top of the carbs. There is only the two vent hoses left? Does one of these connect up? Thanks for the info folks, alomost ready to go riding again!!

i think its just the overflow from fuel cap isnt it

or a water drain hole to stop rain water etc from collecting and possibly faling into the tank next time you fill up

have a look where you fill up there is a hole up top where the filler cap is that leeds to that nipple it is a drain hole for when excess fuel or water enter through the fuel cap retainer :D
