Was at Extreme Creations today harassing Ben when i noticed that little problem.
The disks were brand new not even 1000km on them.
Made by Metal Gear Australia so not the chinese knock offs.

MCA in the city called them up and they were "Very Concerned"
They express posted them today so i'll see if they give me a new set.

But still its a tad alarming

gaffa tape bro.

jokes aside, other than this incident, were the disks performing well? and how much did they weigh? comparable to stock?

they were pretty much same as OEM
I dont buy fancy brakes cus i have a heavy bike and those wavy ones dont last to long with punishment.

I was happy with them but this was a serious problem

It's not too much of a problem, easily fixed. I used to run spondon floating discs on my race bikes, they where not riveted, they where a top hat pin with a circlip on the back, they used to come off regularly and it didn't affect the performance.
Mind you I wouldnt want to lose more than 1.
