havnet got anything on offer at the moment but you never know what the future will bring at this point in time i have got two mature age apprentice's working for me along with four mature age T.A's and all of the young shitheads i have had come in dragging there feet literally which fuckin shits me to tears if your to lazy to walk youre obviously to lazy to work most of the young twats have only lasted a few weeks and even though i may sound like i am tough on them i only expect them to do things that i am even prepared to do myself so its not an unfair enviroment i give them three warnings and then thats it youre out btw i am a leading hand for an engineering firm which builds Farm equipment i.e. Air Seeders and Hay Balers shit like that

My sis inlaw is a big knob at some horsie lar de dar company and she was telling us about some of her staff.. These fucks striaght out of uni (with 30 letters next to there name that mean fuck all) get a job what ever it is and in the contract have to do this and this and that in the trail period... This one prick didnt do anything and in the meeting when his 3 months where up said he wanted more money and more time to do the work he should have already done .. Perhaps they should re introduce a good swift rifle butt to the cheek then[8D]? I'd hate to see them lower the standards as far as they have in the states where they recruit out of the shit hole communities with the lure of cash etc. then they give those little shits weapons and if they don't get torn up overseas they come back into the community with the training and cause all sorts of problems

Got used to loosing like 15 out of every 40 DOR at kapooka in the first NIGHT!
