YOU BASTARD [:0] So what is it like ???? I am seriously considering selling the GSX1100 so I can get one. I have been told that they vibrate in the bars. But that won't stop me.
Oh and by the way I won't be wanting mega bucks for the 1100.
So cmon Papa tell me is it what you would expect [:p]

Is there a little scuff on the tank papa?
Just got through reading an AMCN article on their longterm test bike.
Their's is a later model , but mate Big K is definately running those things too lean from the factory, plenty of room for improvement.
Noice Choice Mate......!!

That carry rack could be made into a set of wheelie bars ;)

Devo, i've only ridden it home from the shop so far but fuck it's torquey.[:p]
It is actually better than i thought & no vibrations through the bars yet but i'll be riding it to work tomorrow so that'll be a great test for it.
No scuffs on the tank yet Benz.;)
I reckon i could get it really hammering but as i said we want to get the dragbike into the real low 9's or hopefully even high 8's so this one'll have to wait a bit.[^]
The swingarm is one of the bits i like too.

i have always liked those, especially the old skool colours, first time i saw one years ago i thought it was a really well done restoration?! hope to have one myself one day but too powerful for me having my license only 6 months, even thought about doing my bike the same colours when my duck tail turned up in green, didn't think it would suit though so i'll leave it to the 1200's, top bike

For some serious dollars (4700 US) Muzzy can raise the RWHP to 162 easily. A friend has one done.

Very nice.

I was looking at these a few weeks back.

One of the few things that might tempt me away from a Suzuki.

Of the 3, Half faired, GPz style mini-fairing or the rare
unfaired round headlamp version that would be my choice too..
What many call the ELR "Eddie Lawson Replica"
although I thought he raced a white 1000 ?

My B-K suits me better, but the Kwak sure win's on looks,
build quality, pillion, Value for money etc.

I'd be happy to have one of those too....[8D]

Yep Factory pro seems the best bet they have put a lot of time into their kits, I'll probably go for a stage 1.1 , remove the snorkel and drill the air box and use these plugs from Ballards to tidy it up

Rick I lived with one for 18 months and can't say and bad thing about them. You don't need to do much to them - advance the ignition - you can do this in 15 minutes with a drill - drop a tooth on the front sprocket - gut the pipe or put on a yoshi and change the jets and put in after market filters. It just sharpens it up and make it a fucken awesome ride. Still deffinately my fav unfightered bike ever.

Mine was taken away from me by an old fart pulling out ileagally [B)]
I still miss her.:(

If you ever think of selling it give me a shout and I'll try to take her off your hands. The 03' were the best looking model out of the lot.

Thanks for all the positive comments.
Makes me feel all warm & fuzzy[:I]
Thanks also for the tuning tips, they'll come in handy down the track.
After riding it to work & back today i must say that i'm FUCKIN WRAPPED.
This has got to be one of the best bikes i've ever ridden.
It does EVERYTHING that it should & does it with ease & the brakes are fuckin brilliant, it does stoppies with 2 fingers[:p]
No vibrations Devo but i may change the bars later just for the hell of it.

Just gotta get the final all clear from she who controls the budget strings and so far it looks ok.;)Oh and Rick sorry buddy if I have hijacked your thread, but I so want one now [^]Oz did you get that Master Cylinder, thanks so much for letting me know ya slackarse [:0]
