hey guys, figured i'd join this site. I've got an fzr250, picked it up cheap off ebay because it'd been smashed, got about half way through fixing it up now, and been using this site for idea's because i didn't see the sense in spending the cash on fairings for a bike i'd only have a year or so. Looking at picking up something bigger as a project, but as i'm still on my L's till i get around to sitting my test, need to stick out the 250 for the year. I'll admit the idea of fightering a bike didn't seem completely appealing at first, but now i've been following it for a little, I don't know i'd want to do it any other way.

Just a couple of pics, still a fair way to go, decided to see what i could do with the fairings. Kinda stuck on whether to cut the other one right down as well and have it like a belly pan, or just leave it as is. Front disc is a bit rusty because i've only just replaced the front brake level (was snapped).

hey does anyone have any idea how hard it will be to get a rwc with a non-standard headlight? I've bought a 7-inch headlight from autobarn and made a bracket to mount it on the brackets off the fork. Wondering if i'd be better picking up a different unit all together?
