YZF 750 or similar Yam front disc wanted

I need a matching disc to this, it's off a YZF 750 but
YZF 1000, XJR, FJR, whateverotherheapofpooyamaha might have the same disc, it's 320mm dia & the carrier has about a 5mm offset, the one I have is as new & spot on 4mm thick, 6 bolt mounting (the PCD is the same on most Hahaha's)
It needs to be EXACTLY the same as the one in the pic because I'm O.C.D. about symmetry & couldn't bear to have the discs not matching [V] Also needs to be dead flat on the pad surface.
Well... what are you still sitting there for? Get out into your sheds & start looking people ;)

As soon as i find out where to buy the collets to hold the disk to the carrier ill be making some on the xy table but no fucker can tellme where to find em??

damm i have XJR disks but they are later ones with the holes in the same spot as R1's
