My younger brother went to court yesterday for multiple driving offences, mainly numerous unlicenced, few unrego'd and a few other things.

We were expecting him to get locked up but the magistrate took pity on him, young family and stupid choices. He walked away with

500hrs community service
2 yrs behaviour bond
Disqualified from driving for 8 years
$450 fine

If he was on a bike he'd probably get locked up.

Licences;) probably aren't a bad idea hey!!!

Prosecution were pushing for lock up. He has a 4yo daughter and a 6mth old son, letting him stay out is taking pity I reckon

My youngest brother got done riding his Zed on his 250 licence and had to go to court, only got $350 fine or something. Little bugger always gets away with shit.

Weasel, he is a repeat offender and has been pulled up on other shit too which probably influenced a few things.

Lathey, he's got his shit together somewhat in comparison to 6 months ago
