Anyone in the Brissy area got a mig ? As I'm waiting for the qld fookin transport to sort out their arse from their elbow I thought I might as well 'tinker' with the seat unit. I would need about 5 minutes worth of steel welding done.
Or can anyone recommend a hire shop in the area (stafford)? I tried online yellow pages but just got a load of 'fork lift' hire listings.

Oh and whilst you're here...what about ali welding ? Anyone got a mobile set up for that ??

This is what I have in mind. Quick and easy mod...just gotta cut 2 'v's in the tubes, bend 'em up and weld 'em.
All the tailight etc will still fit. Seat will need a bit of work but nowt major.....

Shaun does good work. And after the great write up he gave this site on "That Chopper Spirit" CD-Magazine it wouldn't be a bad idea to throw some business his way . Nice article BTW "Fat Pommy" ....
