There needs to be a third category.. so this guy can be in it.

There are actually 10 kinds of people.

Those who understand binary and those who don't.

The best way to learn isn't on a machine where stuff can go wrong, it's on a real bike where it can and its done generally by progressively getting higher and higher.

I know when I first started I would have my front about 200mm off the ground and it felt like it was miles up. once I saw a vide of how high it was I then set out to get it higher and higher until I found balance point. Takes time patience and eventually you'll get there.

But the machine? may be a great ride at the Show, but definitely not what I'd call a learning tool...

I think it it would be a good tool to practise the progressions from one trick to another.

I love the throttle chopping those guys had going on.

One of those machines would be a good place to practice rear brake control.
I'd love to have a go.

Wheelies are cool and all....but I'd rather have Mr Squiggle's cornering ability hehehe

That's fuggin cheating! Part of wheelying is having the kajoolies to give it a go and respecting the flip factor.
Gyroscopic action of a rotating front wheel also helps, which you don't get on those machines. It'd teach throttle control though.
