If you are on the list please post here or send rod an email to confirm that you are definitely in. please also put whether you are staying both nights and any special requirements (room wise). this is so accomodation can be booked. deposits will be needed once we find where we are staying. $ amounts will be posted ASAP.

ok everyone. starting to get to the business end of the year for me so have rung up the alpine for hopefully the last time and confirmed the numbers in the "numbers post" above.

if you need a spot from now on, please ring up the Alpine Hotel Cooma and organise it. Tell them you are with the other bikers booked under pete for our dates. They know that other additions might be ringing up.

please check here first though as someone may drop out and you can take their spot and the hotel won't need to be contacted.

sorry to be lame, but i won't have the time to ring up and organise extras or add ons.

people who cannot make it legitimately please let me know like rod did and it can be sorted. earlier the better!
