Hey everyone, just signing in to the lovely site.

Names Chris.

I am fairly new to riding and new to street fighters, looking at getting a late 80s GSXR 750 to 'fighter. Nothing major, just strip it down and clean it up. Just the basic stuff.

Looking forward to a lot of reading, a lot of learning, and most importantly, a lot of fun.

Thanks, yeah it would be good, only problem is finding one at a decent price in decent condition.

I am thinking of maybe buying a damaged bike to work on as a project. Not sure yet.

If anyone has some good places to look for damaged bikes let me know hey.

hehe, yeah, I will always be a suzuki man at heart, but I am still unsure as to what my first project will be, really depends on whats at the auctions when I head down.
