spent 3hours today working on a shit bag tracked dumper and when id finished i did my duty and informed the owner of the faults with his machine [which, as usual ,were many and varied , such is the plant industry]
anyway one of these faults i put in my "about to go bang" file [the drive sprockets were hooked to fuck [ remember when u were young and didnt chage ur sprockets for ages and they looked like chop saw blades ? well these are 5times the size and carrying 10 tonnes but just as fucked } the machine has rubber tracks with steel inserts that have slots in the middle for the teeth of the sprockets to hook into and therfore drive the machine
soo ..after being told "ur just a hose monkey "[id obviously offended him by insulting his choice of chinas finest earthmoving machinary ..and his obvious attention to maintenance ]



the wanker threw a track ...and then said you know about these dontcha ..to wit i replied ..nah mate i just do hoses seeya :D

any of the jap stuff that the chinky gear is copied from
usuaully works/ lasts better cause the chinese insist on using second hand tooling and crap quality steel /castings,etc ,assembled by ex paddy field workers..in britian they have the same problem with cheap eastern euro labour ..im appalled by the quality of some of the plant im coming across these days
