Australia wide Speeding Fine case handling service including New South Wales (NSW), Northern Territories (NT), Queensland (QLD), Southern Australia (SA), Tasmania(TAS), Victoria (VIC), Western Australia (WA), also some specialist services available in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Cairns, Townsville.

Says bottom of the site - you should be able to get all the docs they have through freedom of speech acts - tho trick is you have to know what to ask how and its costs more then a speeding fine.

Good reading there Billy, thanks for the link.
The NT has the dubious pleasure of joining the rest of Oz, being taken to the cleaners by those who would "protect us from ourselves" [while lining their pockets with our hard earned cash]:(
Apparently the first NT "points booking" victim didn't loose any points, as he didn't have a license anyway, or rego, and was in an unroadworthy vehicle......or so the story goes.[:o)]
I'd happily share the cost of a members only purchase of the "freedom of rights" documents, if we could get our grubbies on them
How fucked up is that................freedom costs,if you are not in the "in crowd" [8]

There are several important points you need to watch out for in all radar bookings and the most important of them is police concealment. In all cases whether it be Lidar/Laser, mobile radar or speed camera, their guidelines state that they must not be concealed. Further those same guidelines state that the police vehicles must be fully marked police vehicles with their warning lights and overhead lights on!
Does this mean when they use an unmarked Detectives car as a mobile radar on the highway they're not meant to???

They say their the guidelines. but coppers always try hide in the least visible places. so if u get yourself in the situation where a radar has clocked u speeding, fold ur number plate so it faces the sky, and god speed.
