We have a room available at the t.p.c mansion, 12kms north from the city in keperra
large two storey house, two bathrooms, pool, spa, massive bbq deck, walking distance to train station, pub and shops
located on a quiet no thru street, rent for the house is $400 per week theres 3 of us in here now 2 guys 1 girl, so rent will be $100 each per week plus bills.
we have another spare room also so if we get a fifth person rent will only be $80pw
applicant must be cool, no psychos, meth smokers, or old people, this house is a fantastic happy place to live
