Wired up the Motogadget dash and it lights up and cranks over(no tank or rad to start it yet)

Just got to hide the wiring, paint and mount the rad, get an offset sprocket, etc etc and I can ride it.

Did a bit more <s>re</s>wiring and Ben And Pete made me a *custom rear sprocket[:p]so if I'm ever pissed and crawling around at AFR, I can just look for my sprocket to find my bike

It just dropped over the frame like that. Couple of lines don't match but the tail unit with the Yoshi RS-5 pipe might be a goer.

I was never going to use down lights. I've got two of the smaller projector beam lights from Ben that fit nicely behind the hockey mask.

I've got a new pc (the old one died from pron overload) so I haven't got any pics to show the setup atm.

That's just a plastic cover in the pic (one piece right back under the seat). I doubt the actual tank/airbox would fit very easliy.

I dug nout some parts and did some mocking up on the 10R today I'm going to try and mate up a CBR1000 tail, so I can still have my underseat exhaust without the work needed to get the home made tail to fit.

Got it running today and got the rear brake sorted. The tacho reckons it's idling at 13000....no wonder the dog hid under the workbench while it was running

Had a bit of fun pulling the airbox on and off to find why it wasn't starting. Got to get it off again to hide the wiring, but that can wait for now.

Tomorrow is the big day for cutting the CBR subframe and getting them joined. If I can get that done this week, I'm going to talk to the engineer and see if I can get it engineered as it is before I go for rego

I've got the same tacho and it did the same thing. You can calibrate it in one of the settings. I had mine set to 2 cylinders mode and so it was doubling the revs, fucks knows what you have yours set to?

So I cut up the CBR subframe and grindeded away the inner webs so it fits over the ZXR subby. Just need to grind a bit of the ZXR subby away to acheive a perfection joint.

Holy thread revival Blatman.

So it turns out that there would be no repairable write offs in NSW after June 2013, but I was talking to the guy who inspected my 1400, and he mentioned that date was brought forward to the end of January 2013. I emailed the wovr people and asked if I can still register a modified repairable write off and they don't know but said go ahead and apply.

So I dragged out the -10 and spent some time finding the parts (at least 4 hours to find the nut for the top triple clamp).

It just needs a little bit of wiring/painting/exhausting etc.

I printed out the wiring diagram, tested the relays blah blah.
