so this is my prob the swing arm i have cut down the blade arm so it is 225mm same as gs thou and cut off pivot,before i go ahead and weld wat do you guys /gals think was going to buy an unbraced mono shock arm from JMC in the UK but at $520 pounds she be almost 1500 aus when it goes in ,so i thought about doing one out of twin 35mm round tube one off ,but again looking for ideas any help please[8]

With the arm mate, will you have enough clearance on the tyre when you bring it back in together? Also, have you modified the arm with the wheel in a central position? Seems obvious but sometimes people get carried away with the arm work and forget.

BANDITROD had alot of trouble bracing his swingarm and said if he had to do it again he would just buy a JMC so maybe he might have some advice for ya

yeh that is the route i think ill go it will just bolt in!!!no one here in oz will do it so many phone calls yhanks for that ,i have just worked out how to post extra pics on one thread man i m dumb

it's not smack on middle but i havent re-set it back in the jig so yes it is in the centre ,at first i folded up the tin wheel runner as you can see so the wheels are even and then i ran a string line for the frame to make the jig

not bad i did think of an gsxr jobbie but im know lumberd with the blade stuff unless you konw of some one who wants to swap
