Was out on a family car trip today, coming back through Mt Glorious and I saw a TRX come up behind me. At first I thought the rider had his left arm either behind his back or on the tank, but after a few minutes he was still behind me....and his left arm was still not on the bars...

Then I noticed he appeared to have 2 levers on the right side...?? WTF ??...then it twigged - he only had one arm.

He ended up overtaking us just before we got to the Glorious cafe. It was a light blue TRX - pretty standard (except for the 2 levers on the right bar...). Sounded like he had a set of aftermarket (not too loud) cans on it.

Anyone know / seen this guy around? I gotta say, it kind of spun me out. I'd never seen a one-armed guy riding a bike before!

The Green ZRX at Casino (Des's Mate's) used to be owned
by a Brissy Guy with 1 arm. Controls on one side.
He owned the short lived "Demon Tweeks" shop in Moss St.

On one of my P.B or SF vid's there's a one armed guy doing
track days and pulling wheelies.

I know mitch. Seem him pull a stonking mono from the lights on that motard.
Before the motard he had a CBR 600 and he flew on that too

I've helped do the conversions necessary on two bikes over the years . Also did a conversion for a one legged rider too(had a metal left leg). In every case these guys would ride harder & faster than anyone else and flog the guts out of their bikes. Good on them for not giving up and staying with it.
