It's actually down in Sydney at the moment and I haven't seen it for over 6 months so I can't remember - not sure it's identical. I'm too familiar with my 1100 one. Large, can you nick in and have a look mate? Or Ben? You didn't need it did you Rexie?

Where you just going to use one end to weld the other to your existing one? If so which end do you need?

Hey Ken, welcome. :)

Looking at that 'ol XL185 in the background has brought back some memories. That must be 20+ years old? Looks ok for that age.
You wanna sell it? My missus could do with a scoot like that.

Yea i agree, the hydro clutch on slabbies are rock solid. I'd never go back to a cable from this setup.

good when they're workin, frustrating when they're not

Benz

I changed from hydraulic to cable clutch on my ex- slabbie. I blamed the hyd. setup for a grabby action which was making it near impossible to dial up any revs and clutch-slip, so no drag racing for that bike!
I actually think the problem was the clutch basket getting notches worn into it, causing uneven plate release. Heavier springs make it worse. Sound familiar?
Having said that I changed the basket, which improved things, but should really have bought a new one, not filed and sanded a s/hand one

Hey Benz, mine was not letting fluid back to master, and clutch would slip, blew master out as instructed [to be a fix] still the same .i was riding it around and just bleeding excess pressure
at master ,then for no reasom ,no clutch at all .i'd rather replace with a cheaper alternative
than pay outragous prices for new hyd parts
