Thanks mate, keeping it real, performance rather than bling ;)

The blower is from a Co called Rotrex in Holland.
Its the smaller size of three different models.
This one can make up to 350 brake, the largest will make 500 or more.
Running on 7 psi boost on the higher fuel map.

I wanted reliability above anything and having done 2000 plus miles on it over winter on salt, rain, leaf mulch and shite all over the roads, it has been 100% reliable.

Try this link. These things are cool. they are tiny, the smallest is only 125mm diameter. The only price I could find was $3400 plus postage...ouch
HOS, is the charger run straight off a pulley connected to the crankshaft is it?

Should be able to buy them online ?

Heres the website...
http://www.rotrex.com/

Sure they`d let you know if you Emailed them.

I didnt do the blower install and engine internals, I employed a specialist :
http://www.GHracing.co.uk

But I did all the rest of the bike mods myself.
I do`nt trust people to work on my bikes but Mark was an exception having been racing with him a few times and getting to know him and his work.

The bike had just come back from Marks having had the blower seals replaced, fuelling checked and new clutch friction plates fitted.
It runs sweet.

Yep, crank driven via pulleys. The chrome cover is to keep the belt drive away from kiddies and pets etc, safety and all that.

Work includes (sorry if I`m repeating myself)
JE turbo pistons to lower compression.
Cometic gaskets.
Custom alloy plenum chamber.
Class 1 race fuel pump and regulator.
New cams using stock profiles.
Lotta H/D fuel lines.
Relocated oil cooler.
Intercooler for the blower is inside the right hand air intake.
PC3 multi port USB hub. PC Ignition module.
Headers had to be cut and shut to miss the blower.
Samco dump valve.
Orient Express quick access billet clutch cover.
H/D clutch plates and welded centre.

Twin power outputs is via a handlebar switch. 216 rwhp in "economy mode" and 240 rwhp in "BDOD mode" :D
The lower power setting is mapped to behave like a road bike would.
The high power output is full fuelling all through the revs right to the top.

Doesnt get used much on the lower setting unless the gas station is miles away and I`m running low.

If I start to really use it in the high power setting, the gas consumption gets a bit wild ! :)

Do you clip your helmet to your shoulders to stop it blowing off because of the blower [:p]
