Anyone got tips on how to change fork oil at home fairly easily?
Manual says GSXR's 85 - 87 use 456cc of 15w oil and 107mm gap. BUT virtually no-one recommends or stocks 15w oil as most from 88 onwards use 10 or 5 fork oil.

Suggestions anyone?

You can just drain existing oil out through the bottom, pump them a bit to get as much out as possible. Use a measuring cup to add fresh oil from the top.

But you're better off pulling them down and doing seals and bushes at the same time if they haven't been done for a while, it's not a difficult job. You'll need a special tool to remove the bottom bolt, but one can be made up cheaply and easily.
