hey all,here goes,i have a old yamaha fz 600(pre exup frame model,i am or have been for a while wanting to turn it into a fighter,but im thinking of replacing the engine with a modern unit,does anybody have any ideas?,[8D] l8ters,tufty.

Welcome mate. The old FZ was a pretty small frame, my mate had one and I used to drop it a lot, as did he.... It would be a nimble little thing with a decent engine in it. Anything will fit eventually if you want to put in the hard yards, but you're probably better off finding bigger CC model of the same era and range and reconditioning it. What about trying to find an old 1000 Exup?
