Looks like the bonnet of the car absorbed alot of the blokes drop, instead of landing directly on the road and perhaps the car moving ontop of him.

It was probably in Dubai from the looks of it???. Some broke immigrant woulda done(if it was set up, which I think it was, looks pretty well timed and choreographed) it for a loaf of bread, or some shit like that. Poor fucker. I bet he was hurtin like hell after that.
