The inside dia for the header pipes is 50mm

The muffler- bit itself is 250mm long. 120mm wide and 100mm high.
Note: One muffler is "in the left- the other in a right configuration/ outlet".

The 50mm dia is spot on! That's what they have been made for. GSXR, R1 etc
(MINIMUM 48mm. Meaning, you couldn't close 'em any further....) I intend to make things more complicated, than they are [B)]

just measured my pipe, its 45mm od
keep em on here and il see if i can work with that..if someone wants em sell em..the inlet has to go inside a collar thats exactly 47mm id im gonna crimp down some stainless 2" tube ive got here and see if it fuks up ill do that tommorow and get back to you

i usually crimp exhausts down with the hose crimper in my van but 5mm is pushing it,they usually crack if u crimp em too much cos their only thin skinned ill experiment and oldskool if you wanna go halfs mate thats cool with me i only want one [the right hand one ] ill get em and you pay me when i send urs btw where are u

Yes, it is E- Marked.

The widest point is 200mm.

frankie sorry bout the delay in gettin back to you i wont be able to get em to fit without major surgery [taking off the inlet and havin another tigged on which im told will set me back 75bucks] so sorry bout that mate ..nice can an all but 138plus 75and postage will put me over 200 [[ i take it their 138 each ?]

Instead of working with your header pipes.
How about, you make the slots on the intake pipe from the muffler a bit longer. Crimp 'em down on your header pipe and weld the extended slots. After polish, you would hardly notice the bits of weld. After all, we only talk about 2.5mm all around, to be altered...

Ok, how does $180 sound for both mufflers?
