I've got a mate that plays blues guitar & harmonica "John Malcolm" (played Storey Bridge for 12 years) who is playing at the Bearded Dragon (Mt tamborine) Sunday lunch / arvo till 4 - so me & the missus don't need another excuse to go for ride. Would be great meet up and ride with some of you guys/gals who've made me LMFAO over the past couple of weeks. Can work out times and places to meet up - otherwise will probably get there around 1.30-2.30pm. Check out "Hello Fellow Fighters" to recognise my bike and my reason for this ride. No plans on how to get there - leaving from Brendale. Any suggestions?

That pics a blast from the past. Can't remember seeing it before.

But yes, I do remember. I remember leaving you flat on the line, but get getting mowed down 50 metres from the end by an engine that that was 95,000 klms younger.

Had a top afternoon. Got my Mrs on the back of the bigredbus for only the 2nd time (promised her i wouldnt go fast $2.00 isnt fast compared to lets say $3.00) anyway Met up with Monoman and Mrs Monoman (sorry i told you i was shocking with names) Craig and Lisa came out on the S4 Ducati as well as Puppet and Mrs Puppet. The bloke playing the blues was bloody good, the beer was cold and the weather was perfect. A bloody great way to spend a sunday arvo. Oh yeah Puppet gave us a wheelie/stoppie show when he left, which took virtually no encouragement to get him going.

Just got home after a slight detour "The Palace Hotel redcliffe" . After a short lap around the foothills Mt Tamborine ending up at the Bearded Dragon, met up with Mr & Mrs Ozkat on the turbo bussa ,then Craig & Lisa on the S4 Ducati were spotted soon after, an once the beers started flowin the hours dissapeared. Before you know it we were treated to a free live "Puppet" Show including wheelies, stoppies and rev limiter action ! It was fantastic to meet new people as genuine in person as they are online. All in all well worth the effort to put the bike back between the legs and to go somewhere new - just got to find out who swapped the foam for concrete in our seats. See you next ride.
