I think you have to book in advance at Micks - he's usually pretty busy from what I've heard (never used him though)
Ditto on tyres 4 bikes.

Yep, Mad Mick for me, sold me a rear tyre for my '82 Kat 1100 a 130/90 IRC, aka "round black thing", fucken thing grips like fuck on the road, I even had problems doing a burnout at the drags last December, although the tyre is now 4000k's old and needs to be replaced, around $150 or so....

Name: Motor Trade Machinist
AKA: Mad Mick's Tyres

79 Church St (cnr Eric St)
Goodna QLD 4300

PH: (07) 3818 1208

Beware, he loves a chat, knows his Kats and loves the EFE motors, I'll be going there soon, great bloke, full of great info, he also uses some solvent sort of stuff to wipe off the wax layer on your new tyre, it's instantly sticky but he still warns to take it easy...
Have fun.:D:D

Spoke to Ozcat. Some of his mates have used them and said good thinhgs but I have found many on forums that don't like 'em. Anyone on here ever used them ??
Prices are $150 for a 180 ZR55 17 rear/ $125 for a front.

From memory, some of the comments I have heard about the Shinko's is that they need a bit of a warm up, I dunno, I always warm whatever I have on , I also can't run those fancy ones either....
