Hi. Thought I better say g'day.
Just finished stage 1 of my streetfighter project.
Allways wanted to do it but had no idea what she'd be like to ride.
Gotta admit I love it. Thanks to Stu for some awesome parts.
I will have to strip her to pieces next time but that can wait for a while.
I just wanna ride now after all thats what they are for.

thatd explain why ducatis leading the motogp then .......look at the pics luv me in front of a suzy slingshot 1100 by a good 50 feet, and a cbr 600rr and an R6 and a firestorm and a ..need i go on.........all bikes with the same horsepower and lighter than mine
my little triples good for 10.8 out of the box and i do believe our daytona 675s doin well in the 600supersport series fastest lap last time out and our first year in it..anyway nice playing verbal table tennis witcha ...see you on the tarmac ..:}

come on gary mc coy

Eeughh. Don't get me started on Ducatis. Daytonas are doing well in the supersport - they've got an extra 75cc to get there.

Regarding your Triumph - were you in front of them 'cos they were about to lap you? :D

Meet you on the tarmac? Does dragging 250s make you feel like a man, does it? [:p]

Mwuahahahaa... ok I'm done.

Jockney Rebel
16-04-2008, 07:50 PM
1]i dont like ducs either unreliable pieces of kak ,,
2]and the daytona has an extra 75cc COS its only got 3 cylinders
3]you dont get lapped on a dragstrip
4]no youll have to bring a bigger bike ..they only dragging i do with a 250 is along the bottom of the bay ..make good anchors :D
ok ive hi jacked the blokes thread enuf now sorry mate welcome to the nuthouse ...thanks for the banter larrisa

I've never tried any others (except chook chasers) so cant say.
I'm pretty sure a turbo would even the score.
Havent seen any around here (Qld) so I'm not sure if its legal.
Anyone know what the deal is? Know it's gotta take a few $$$$

Youd have 2 get my bike pretty pissed b4 shed let you shave her with the grinder.
That said its just a matter of time. Just not sure what sort of tail I like yet. The oil cooler is a go for sure. I think I gotta have 1 of those windowed rocker covers I just saw. Wont be able to sleep till I get 1 of those.
Canberas freezing in the winter, got its good points but.
