hiya peeps , just a few words bout the UK AFR , despite a bit of wind and the odd drop of rain , ok i lie it was windy as hell , pissed it down most of the time and was freezing most of the time :( but wot do you expect camping in march in the UK
the weekend started off on the thursday night with the early mob turning up and getting straight into the spirit of things by drinking lots and talking lots of shite
quite a few people turned up and went after one night due to it being too cold (yep we have pussies here aswell) but the hardcore carried on as if it was summer , young whizz was treated to his virginity getting broken and we heard it was his first bike rally too
one of the best weekends i've had in ages , yes it was cold and wet but it's who your with that makes it a good time
all in it was a good AFR for the UK and i'll definately be there next year :D

just to carry on from MART's post, am just going to copy and paste what i wrote on sf-mcc about it all.

the weekend was not to bad at all, there wasnt a thing that went to plan and yet we still had a good crack, i got there on friday about 5 30ish stuck my tent up and mart had nicked my bik...... twat..... the beer tent was non existant as the bloke had had a heart attack - how selfish - the food van had turned up fri morning but because no one was there they left and didnt come back, :( on the plus side we had our big top tent....so that night we done a beer run to the local asda and set about enjoyin ourselves, the bands didnt turn up so neil stuck some tunes on and had his disco lights going, all 10 of us were rockin had a bit of a sing song on the karokee he also set up and got well and truely smashed, stevegixer was sat on the stage with his head in his lap the entire time off his face but all in all it was a really good laugh, even gammababe was singing her little heart out :)
sat morning we get up and got ourselves sorted, the wind had picked up but at least it wasnt raining, as the day wore on the weather got worse, people hadnt turned up but judging by the previous nights antics it would have been a good night reguardless, my tent looked in a bit of a state, the wind was giving it a battering so i got in there to sort it out and heard a sound like thunder, didnt really think to much of it untill i came out of my tent and noticed the big top had been blowen down, it crushed neils equipment so we picked up the peices and got them in his van ..... so now were all a bunch of blokes who has travelled far and wide to sit in a field in the rain so at this point im standing there thinking ''for fucks sake this is gonna be fookin shite'' and yet..................... it really wasnt, we all got around girlies bbq, had some beers, sausages and burgers and some people were even lucky enough to get steak, not only that but girlies arse managed to find its way out of his pants to say hi to everyone :)
neil presented gatecrasher with a decent bottle of champers and we all got well and truely trashed
so woke up this morning with a half decent hangover and packed the stuff up (alot heavier than i was hoping for it to be) and made my way home, weather was decent so ride was actually nice.

so just to finish i would like to say to everyone that turned up, you guys made it a weekend that was really worth while going to, there isnt many places you can go where as many things go wrong as they did and STILL have an awsome weekend, there wasnt a single person that i disliked in any way, a rareity so good on ya steve, despite everything in my eyes it was a sucess. cheers.

I was there...twice!!

went in the car after work on Friday...the rain was coming in sideways...was so bad I went home. ( sorry lads...sleeping in a wind and rain battered car...or in a warm bed with me other half...go figure!!)

brightened up enough on Saturday...so I went down to the event on my bike...met a few of the lads and had a good laugh...

I left before the bigtop circus tent finally fell down..but did get soaked on the ride home ( lucky for me its only about 40 mins away.)

Big props to Gatecrasher for organising the event...I know he's made BIG losses...its all down to the weather...its just too early in the year!...its currently snowing outside!

Summer bash is being planned right now....Thats when we'll REALLY show Wizzkid how to party !

quote of the weekend...on a wet windy saturday afternoon...

seriously mate....it was hooning in sideways on Friday night..my car was sinking in the mud...and we could only line the bikes up along the fence line as they would fall over

pics were taken later in the afternoon when a lot of people had been and gone...including me!

was fucking freezing...with the wind as well....was in the minus degrees C
