Im looking for a little silver number that is universal for my b12, old syle of the orginal cable to electric. Its gotta be small enough to fit between the risers.
Buy the way do you have to have idiot lights.

Just go out and buy any old lights mate, they'll miraculously transform into idiots lights. :D

yes and no, yes its what I WOULD like and NO is what my mrs wold say to me asking for that dosh ( sounds of whip cracking yeah yeah I know ) any thing not as pricey, it wont be a feature more of a legal requirment.
I ment idot lights as in dash display turn thing whats its, you know

That's a good price for that unit mate, everything else will be from the wreckers or using a bike pushbike speedo. Even those pushbike speedos are around $100 for a good one!

And if you want it to be legal, then it needs to be backlit, and have an odometer. Which the pushbike ones aren't. But the acewell ones are. (or one from the wreckers, which won't be as small or sexy).

Good luck in finding a decent guage set for any cheaper that works properly. Explain to the missus that its quite important to get a new one to ensure it will last longer than a scond hand one that you dont get a warrenty with.... Cant beat Bens guages...

ebay..has some back lit pushy speedos but then the odo problem arises again

i have thought about moding the cluster so I just have the one dial (speedo). Any ideas if it can be done, I had thought about making a new mounting late to attach to the bars ( some how) but the space near the cup would look like it would be huge with a thin mount.
