I found this on Justins Couch while lookin for some VFR400 info for a mate...this guy is a formidable nutter and his site is a mixture of computer tech and various other cool shite.

It appears to be written just for us :D.

Sung to American Pie:

A long, long time ago.. I can still remember how
That music use to make me smile.
And I knew if I had my chance,
That could make that grinder dance,
And maybe they'd be happy for a while.

But gravel rash made me shiver
With sand paper I'd deliver
Bad news on the next doorstep
I couldn't take one more step.

I can't remember if I cried
When I read about his bended ride
But something touched me deep inside
The day the compressor died.

Sooo... High, high, just an acetone high,
Took the dremel to the metal, just to clean up the rust
An good ol' boys were spraying putty and clear
Spraying primer till the day that I die,
primer to the day that I die....

Did you write the book of parts
And do you have faith in Ducati art?
If the 'fiche tells you so
Do you believe in MEKP
Can bog save your mortal soul?
Then you can teach me how to weld real slow.

Well I know that you're in love with him
Motoguzzi by the gym
You both kicked off your shoes
Then I dig them squiding blues

It was a lonely bit of muck
With a pink undercoat and a pickup truck (err... that should be ute...)
but I knew that I that I was out of luck
The day the paint dried....

I started singin'.....

High, high, just an acetone high,
Took the dremel to the metal, just to clean up the rust
An good ol' boys were spraying putty and clear
Spraying primer till the day that I die,
primer to the day that I die....

Helter Skelter in a winter shower
The trees dump all their flowers
I'd worked for eight hours

It landed foul on the grass
the players tried to clean up the glass
With the jester on the sidelines in a cast

Now the shed air was sweet perfume
while the compressor played its magic tune
We all got up to dance
Oh, but we never got the chance

'Cause the bikers tried to take the field
The painter refused to yield
Do you recall what was revealed
The day the motor died?

We started singin'...

High, high, just an acetone high,
Took the dremel to the metal, just to clean up the rust
An good ol' boys were spraying putty and clear
Spraying primer till the day that I die,
primer to the day that I die....

There we were all in one place
A paint job lost in space, with no time left to start again
So come on Jack be nimble, Jack be quick
Jack Flash sat on a Ducati Stick
'Cause fire is the devil's only friend

As I watched him on the stage
My hands were clenched in fists of rage,
No Angels of the Hell,
Could break that Ducati's spell

And as flames climbed high into the night
To light the flaming bog roll rites
I saw WAR laughing with delight
The day the cycle died.

I met a bike that sang the blues
And I rode it for some happy views
But she just idled and turned away

I went down to the sacred store
Whe I'd heard the music years before
But the man there said the 'zorsts too loud

And in the streets the children screamed
The Harleys cried and the riders dreamed
But no a word was spoken
The church bells were all broken.

An the three things I adore the most
The thinner, bog and holey posts
They caught the last train for the boast
The day the motorcycle died.

They were singin'

High, high, just an acetone high,
Took the dremel to the metal, just to clean up the rust
An good ol' boys were spraying putty and clear
Spraying primer till the day that I die,
primer to the day that I die....

primer to the day that I die.....
