Looks like we'll be out now though as i'm still not allowed to ride & the car copped a rogue semi trailer wheel this morning.
God knows how long the repair process for that will take not to mention the insurance excess.
No idea of where the wheel came from except over the concrete barrier from the other side of the road so my insurance will cop it.
Just a little pissed off though.

I was looking for someone to drive my au2 ute down as a back up vehicle, carrying tents, tools and piss for anyone up here needing it but was looking for someone I can trust (probably ;)) to drive it. You'd have to put the fuel in - but it runs on LPG and it would probably make it there and back on a single tank of gas - $60.

Its fully comp insured so no risks there mate. If you are interested let me know. Just no sex in the front seats or circle work in the paddock - thats my job.

Alternatively Si (or other members I know)- if Rick can't make it, this vehicle is available if you can vouch for someone to drive it. I just don't want it thrashed/trashed. I really hate riding with a back pack.

I was planning on leaving around 4am Saturday morning, arriving approx 7am and wake/annoy, the dead/campers with hangovers, with my loud overrun.... or generally, just make a dick of myself and annoy the fuck out of everyone... still working on a leave pass... not looking too bad though...

And Rick... mate... you've got to change the type of beer you drink or something.... you're not having a good run, gotta change that..

Looks like I have a leave pass, but as I have an old friend coming up to my place at Bald Hills over Easter, it might change.... but if I do go, I'd love to meet up and go that way....

And Tony, yeah, be good to catch up, you could take the Kat down the strip for old times sake.... might feel a bit underpowered compared with what you have now though :D:D:D
