cam tensioner help

Hi guys i was just wanting to know how to set up my manual cam chain tensioner without fucking it up any help is appreciated cheers Rod:D

generally loosen the locknut and bolt and turn the engine by hand a couple of times and then tighten it back up.. thats how i do the hondas 2 tensioners
