Factory mate wanted

Hi all,

I'm thinking about moving into a factory unit in Brookvale and need one or possibly two people to share with. Its massive with heaps of upstairs rooms and a massive workshop area downstairs. Very secure and heaps of space. Plenty of tools available for those with serious projects on the go.

Depends if we get two or three people. About 900 per calender month for two and about 600-700 with three people. Its owned by my family.

It has two secruity doors and there is an alarm system installed but not hooked up as yet. Plus the roller door. Floor space..........well that is subjective as to what we want to do with the space, but a lot more than a standard garage! There is heaps of workshop space and bike storage space. Plus two big rooms upstairs and two smaller rooms and a lounge room area as well. Downstairs kitchen, pantry and dining room area + factory space.

Its not like its a free ride for me either i have budgeted in for myself about 900-1000 per month. Its a massive space really, and my workshop is just round the corner, full engineering shop.
