That's well and truely fucked. Goes to show the 'war on terrorism' isn't solving the terrorism problem. I really feel sorry for the organisers and event staff who invest so much into arranging the event, not to mention the competitors who would've spent a year preparing for the race only to have it cancelled the day before it was due to start.
