Pommie's Project finished/video

OK the plan is for a change colours from green to - silver base with gold crystal pearl, over that goes candy apple blood red with custom crystal over that then, base black over that then, more gold crystal pearl over that and a few coats of clear to finish, sound easy I here you saying.
I have started with the engine, just candy red but you get the idea, I have painted black the valve covers, front custom made screen, air scoops and oil cooler and oil scoop, they are then getting painted with a special chrome paint, with the valve covers getting the true gold treatment over the chrome.

Should look trick when done if anyone is interested I can post some on going pics of the project

Here is the new colour, The photo does not do this prisma-flake effect justice, its wild, the flakes change colour in the light under the candy red.
still have 2 more effects to go on.

Here is the finished bike, the photos don’t do the paintwork justice, and it looks wild in the flesh as the metal flakes change colour when the light hits them, like a prism

Stunning mate - the gold really sets off the red... The green looked great but this is in another league.

You've changed my opinion of Buell's mate. Untill I saw yours I would have just walked past them and not given them a second look. When Mr Buell changed the look of them to the current format he should have talked to you first Fella.

Thanks for that, yes a lot of hard work as gone into the bike and I still enjoy riding it, although I don't get on it as much as I used to.
