It's a '98 ZX9, ex Formula Extreme racer, hot motor (high 140s at the wheel apparently) undercut box, Ohlins shock & fork kit, billet rearsets, braided lines, full Akra system, onboard laptimer, spare glass, tank, wheels, discs, 8 slicks, std. shock, etc. Setup, tuned & maintained by LAE racing (they know what they're doing)
This will be a bargain racebike or trackday tool for somebody.
