Polishing Rims ( coatings) ???????

Howdy, having the paint blasted off my gixer rims next week and looking at having them polished. Whats the best way to finish them off, leave them raw, or can you put a clear coat over it to retain some sort of sparkle?? Thanks in advance.

try this stuff mate it's pretty good from what i hear

Best not to blast if your going to polish. Try paint stripper or chemical stripping, cause blasting will create more work &/or cost more to get polished.
