Yep another mexican here.
Been hanging around at crafty bike and finally succumbed.
Just got my ZX7 on the road as a fighter after it was crashed during a test ride by a mates missus.
So now it rides it is time to refine it, bit of paint, some more power, and maybe some polishing here and there.

Here's a progress pic for you.
This was the first time it rolled out of the shop.
New headlight set up is being worked on at the moment, and trying to work out a new front guard and some other detail work. A few other bits are on order.
Best thing is it runs fine with the cut down exhaust and no ram air. No hesitations, pulls clean the whole way to redline.

Pab,
coolant tank is on the list of things to rework/replace.
This is an extreme budget build. the adjustable rearsets and custom top triple clamp where made by a mate in exchange for some car parts. The main outlay so far has been the other parts, (gauges, brake lines, etc) and the wiring, all done/purchased from Bikecraft
The idea now is to be able to ride it while I do the cosmetic details, then pull it off the road when the weather turns to shit next year and get it painted.
