I'm not aware of any target, But there is going to be a council change between, Redcliffe, Caboolture and Pineriver Shires very soon. So this will be used as "ammo" for the new council. Its pretty pathetic really because the only thing stopping it from opening is a small handful of house owners around the Lake. The property CLOSEST to the track is supporting the reopening yet a small amount of up nosed fukkers is the reason for all of this.
