Finally got around to introducing my self. Long time rider generally prefer naked bikes with some grunt.

Bikes I have had before kids included a speed triple, harley sportster 1200r, buell xbr1200 and a aprilia tuno ....got to love the twins.

My current ride is the 1996 Gsxr750, I bought complete as a street fighter. Its a great fun bike with some good poke, nice balance and perfect for riding in anger.

The previous owner did a good job, nice bits include the yoshi pipe, braided brake lines, and the oggy knobs. Its still a carbie set up but running 1999 motor/gearbox, the other shat its self.

The mirror looks alright but is about as useful as dog shit. Any suggestions welcome otherwise it might have to be the trail bike ones

Not really looking to do anything more to it at this stage other then a decent tune.

I thinking of doing my own street fighter on a VTR, SP1 or TLs1000/r when things settle down a bit.

Great site, got to see the stall at the story bridge bike this year as well.

Welcome aboard mate - try the oberon bar ends stu sells at ausfr apparently they work well even if they look a little small... While your at it give that front guard a trim ;)

Go the VTR mate - thats my current daily rider - more then enough poke and does great controllable power wheelies :D

Welcome.
What is it about those ugly as a hatful 750 SRADs that makes me want one?
Blackness,I think you have the makings of a classic.

Welcome aboard mate. Did you introduce yourself at the Storey Bridge Show? I met a lot of people that day so if you did just give me a reminder.

Thanks guys.

Been a busy week. Didn't get to catch up with any one at the story bridge stand, I didn't make past the bikes.

Tone: having the cowling on instead of the rear seat helps, they do have a certain charm though

zx12argh: chop guard and tips or photos? guess I should be using the search function....guess I'll then be taking Fred Gassists advice and painting it matt black:D
