Finally got around to introducing my self. Long time rider generally prefer naked bikes with some grunt.
Bikes I have had before kids included a speed triple, harley sportster 1200r, buell xbr1200 and a aprilia tuno ....got to love the twins.
My current ride is the 1996 Gsxr750, I bought complete as a street fighter. Its a great fun bike with some good poke, nice balance and perfect for riding in anger.
The previous owner did a good job, nice bits include the yoshi pipe, braided brake lines, and the oggy knobs. Its still a carbie set up but running 1999 motor/gearbox, the other shat its self.
The mirror looks alright but is about as useful as dog shit. Any suggestions welcome otherwise it might have to be the trail bike ones
Not really looking to do anything more to it at this stage other then a decent tune.
I thinking of doing my own street fighter on a VTR, SP1 or TLs1000/r when things settle down a bit.
Great site, got to see the stall at the story bridge bike this year as well.
