Don't Lose Yer Keys!!!

Hello Everybody!

I didn't lose my keys. I am just wanting to have a sook.

The latest addition to the fleet - a few year old big euro luxo coupe - was supplied with only one key.

No probs, I'll head to the local locksmith/autolock specialist - no go as the key has the immoboliser built into it. So off to an authorised dealer - key, blank, immobiliser code etc were all pretty easy to be obtained.

$220 for a fuckin key!!

Still it could have been worse I could have bought a late model toyota blandmobile - a bargain at $450!!

Unfortunately this is not just a car thing, the Mighty Hornet (as I think all new hondas) was provided with two keys. Should I lose them, I could order an additional two. Cost unknown. After that, it was time to buy a new onboard computer - wot tha fuk?

I wouldn't have bothered buying the second one mate, the original will probably be coming back to the car late one evening real soon :D

You won't have the car anymore, but at least the car will have it's other key again :)

Jesus God,i know what ya mean.had the same prob a few year back and dealer wanted $155,fuck that,so i went to my other dealer and got 1/2 ounce instead. A few days later i still had no key, but went to Mr Minit and he had the key and programmer at a toal cost of $75.

Hey Chalky,

Don't have to worry too much about theft, it's too cold for the lebs down here in the police state. And devo, even if they get lost and steal it to head back to sydney, my friends at shannons will give me a big cheque so I can go shopping again.
