Check this thing out.

It's a complicated little bit of gear made in Germany.

It uses a cable to actuate a clutch but it's WAY lighter than a hydraulic clutch and is fully adjustable for span and weight at the lever.

I'm not finished setting it up yet so I can't give a complete run down on it but it's a real work of art.

I've still got a little CF chain guard to fit to stop the lube all flinging into it.

Just thought I'd show you guys....

Wow, you mean to say that they now make a cable operated clutch for a motorcycle. That's Amazing!

OK, pisstake aside, why for, how come?

Ok so maybe I wasn't clear in my first post.

Maybe it flew over a few heads.

The idea of the unit is ...

1. Adjustable Stroke
2. Adjsutable weight
3. Better feel

The claim is that it does all of this and is easier to pull the lever than a hyd clutch.

Below is the comparison force required for Hyd and then the unit described.

Measured here up to 50 % less handforce you need-and probably you don't know, what a sentiment for clutch slipping you have with a cable clutch. This new EVO2-2 Type is revolutionary adjustable from 1.9 to 0.7 mm declutch stroke, You will be able to set the Durbahn-CC EXACT up to the declutch-stroke your clutch need ,means : you need not more handforce than absolutely necessary !
