Oil Type/Brand for GSXR

Any suggestions on what brand of oil to use in a Gixxer. I had been using Shell Full Synthetic and changing regular but when checking shims/tappets etc have found cams are basically fucked. Now i know Gixxer's are probably renowned for cam wear but???????
