Actually he's not a bad bloke.

This is how it is. Most of the regulars hereabouts realize what a good thing this forum/club is- as proved by the turnout at the annual April Fools Run.
People here are very helpful with advice and services. But we keep getting people joining up and trying to sell stuff or have a whinge on their very first post. So there's a bit of a tradition to see how can get in first and ask for an intro first. If we don't know anything about you, why should we trust you and why should we care about your problems?

Anyway, you got off lightly, some of the spammers got told to fuck right off:D
