Ok, so up in Sunnyland I am covered by Workers Comp from leaving home 'til I get back in da evening.
Am I covered for loss of wages etc by CTP if I have an accident at the w/e on the bike ?
I'm askin as I have a income policy from when I was in Vic.

CTP only kicks in if its not your fault - I got hit by another fella - totally his fault so I was covered for everything. If its your fault - then you are screwed buddy, hope that you have good fully comp insurance and income protection insurance.

You may want to check on your coverage to and from work.
We (Aust Post) recently lost any coverage on our commutes due to the new IR laws.

I'm on workers comp at the moment, i was riding my bike home on a break from work, and got cleaned up by a mini van (which is also why i've got the flash airbrushing and wheels).
