1/2 hour with the router and Voila'. I'll leave the <s>p..po...poli...polis...</s> cleaning up until I am ready to get it anodized.

by the way the main comp of wd40 is kero(i think from mem i might be wrong)
i was allways told kero is the best for ally but that wasssssssss a long time ago
so some 1 who still dose machineing might be able too put me right
from yr results sharky looks like u got it down pat god that looks good on the bike

Cheers for the comments guys. Most of the work was by Icedude, I just finished it off.:)

It now means my ignition pick ups are safe in case of an off....by the time 8mm of ali has been ground away the pickups would be the least of my worries.
