Just thought I'd wheel these to out of the hanger for a quick photo or two.

Just ignore the old exhaust bracket on the fighter, it'll be coming off when I get around to it.

Was just discussing that with a mate of mine yesterday. Maybe a couple of other little gold bits too.

those rf900s are under rated bikes. They are a bit on the heavy side and have more louvers then a ferrari but the handling is really solid and the motor is a beast. Do you have any plans for it?

No plans for this one, I'm happy with what I've done so far and will probably leave it like it. I have been thinking that, when I decide the GS is finished I might sell it and buy another RF to fighter.

sell the gs! Will you really make your money back on it?

Just for kicks i drove by a bike shop today and asked the sales man what he would sell my bike for and he had no clue. He talked around then came out with 1500-2000 USD. Not bad considering ive only got 400 or so in it.

Matt, although the GS has been done on a tight budget I would be lucky to break even. I'd love to keep it forever but the misses reckons I have to sell a bike before I can buy another one.

Fimp, no dyno yet mate. Got a few more thing to do before we get back into the tuning again. Mostly cosmetic things, but I would like to re-do my fueling system, just to neaten it up a bit. There's wires and hoses everywhere at the moment.

Mate i notice you changed the bars on the gs to flatties from the renthals you had on it previously any reason for it[?]

Im thinking of putting some on the blade are they a better feel you recon[?]

They just look great lower i recon im almost thinking of putting the clipons back on the blade and going the cafe racer look.

Purely cosmetic mate. Looks tougher I reckon. You do notice the weight shift more to the front, like clip-ons.

Mate just buy another one and then she cant do anything after - apart from start WWIII maybe ;)

Deano I went from renthals to the drag bars stu sells and wouldn't go back - I've got a 6'3" frame and the renthals made it feel like I was on a bmx... drag bars are way better and Icemans right - look a hell of a lot tougher.
