That blonde chick is on top gear every now and then. She works at the nurrberg(I know it's not spelt right) ring in Germany.

Youve got to wonder if the dude in the cart could catch up so easy after spinning why couldnt he just disapear in to the distance.

And all i got out of the audio was the chick saying

"That little cart makes me so wet i cant wait till where done so i can get a root off a streetfighter rider"[:p];)
