hey guys,
how hard would it be to fix a dent like this in a fuel tank?

alternatively, how much would i be looking at for another gsf250 tank?

thanks gibbo, its in a bike im looking a purchasing. so if it goes ahead ill have a chat with you about it. i was just wondering how major something like that was.

ok mate, in that case factor in to the price repainting of the tank and replacing the decals, retail is about $4-450, this is for the haggling process. Will do a special ASF price for you if you get it.

Whatever you do don't let someone talk you into letting them blow the dent out by filling the tank with compressed air!
If you ever get a spare dented tank and want a laugh, try using compressed air to blow-out the dents. The tank will blow-up like a balloon and the dents will stay exactly the fucking same!!
