What's the story with all the bikes riding around Joburg with no number plates?
Are there really that many guys that don't register them?
I guess the coppers have better things to shoot.

Thanks for the welcome guys,I dont own a digital camera but i have a few pics on my mobile phone which i will try to upload soon.The guys riding around joburg without plates are registered but run without plates to avoid the speed cameras,they have been getting away with it for a while now but the cops are starting to clamp down pretty heavy.Rocket are you an ex South African?
