Hey all.

Looking at a set of front rotors for the GSX1400 K3. There are a number of "wavy" discs on the market so am wondering what people are using. I am MORE interested in performance of brakes rather than looks.

Thanks in advance

I rode a busa with Braketec rotors couple of weeks ago and couldn't believe how much better the brakes were to mine, i have braided lines and HH pads , this had heaps more feel and stopping power without hint of locking up, think even i could do stoppies on the busa with that setup.

I had Braking rotors and then Galfers.

They don't look much different to the Braking but they cost more and they do work better.

I was thinking of ordering some CMC rotors if you want some cheap Galfers.

I use ABE contour discs on my GSXR and not only do they look good they perform better than any of the other types I have tried galfer, braking and ebc and find that the ABE discs do not suffer from fade any where near as much as the others even when used in anger, stoppies and track use.

ABE are all bike engineering and are based in London but do post world wide.
